You can disable the subscription (autopayment) through the Wi-Fi_FREE mobile application, which is available for installation via Google.play (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.mt.mobilecabinet) and App store ( https://apps.apple.com/ru/app/wi-fi-free/id1477049988?l=ru), as well as in your personal account on the wi-fi.ru portal.
-In the mobile application, you need to go to the “my devices” tab and select the device on which the service is valid, then click on the connected tariff (picture with different transport). Next, opposite the auto-payment date, you need to set the slider to inactive mode (the status will change from “Enabled” to “Suspended”).
-To enter your Personal Account on the wi-fi.ru portal, you need to click on the little man in the upper right corner. Then enter your phone number and click continue. After entering the received confirmation code, select the device on which the subscription is valid (selection is made by moving the mac address bar from right to left), after selecting, you must click on the connected service (a picture with different transport and the inscription “more details”), next to the payment date, click “Suspend” (if everything is done correctly, the “pause” button will change to “resume”).
The service will be valid until the end of the paid period and will then go into the “Archive” state (if desired, it will be possible to restore the subscription under the conditions that existed at the time the service was suspended).
You can perform these operations at home or in another convenient place.
If you can’t disable the subscription yourself, please let me know, indicating the phone number you used to register on our network and the MAC address of the device on which you want to disable the subscription. Specify what date and method the payment was made. If the payment was made using a card, please provide the first 6 and last 4 digits of the number.
